Participants are taught the knowledge they need to perform general overhaul work on Dräger lung demand valves.

Participants must have the specialist knowledge necessary and have attended a Dräger respiratory protection serviceman seminar on full face masks / compressed air breathing apparatus within the past five years (basic or advanced course).

Skilled personnel of professional, voluntary and works fire brigades, disaster prevention organizations and industry who are responsible for the care and servicing of respiratory protective devices and have already attended a basic or advanced course in respiratory protection.

Explanation of function, servicing and maintenance work.
 Practical performance of the work involved in a general overhaul
Testing of repaired lung demand valves
Fault finding on specially prepared lung demand valves
Discussion and answering of questions
The practical exercises conducted by the participants will be assessed by the trainer as a practical test
At the end of the seminar, the participants will be tested on their theoretical knowledge
