Instruction in respiratory protective devices


Objective
To teach participants how respiratory protective devices work, and how to don, use and care for them properly. They are also informed about the rights and obligations of device wearers.
Regulations
The German Regulations for the Use of Respiratory Protective Devices (BGR 190) requires wearers of respiratory protective devices to be given repeat annual instruction.
Target group
Staff who need to use respiratory protective devices to protect their health at the workplace. A prerequisite for participation is the G26 (in Germany) medical examination.
