To teach participants how to operate filling systems (compressors or filling pumps) properly and familiarize them with the maintenance work needed to keep filling operations running smoothly. Participants are taught how to handle the pressure vessels which need to be filled, and about the relevant safety regulations.

German Technical Regulations for Gases (TRG 402) requires personnel to be given repeat annual instruction.

Action to be taken in the event of malfunctions, damage and accidents
Explanation of safety regulations, especially TRG 402
Explanation of particular hazards when handling compressed gases
