Utilities Supply
Gas, water, and electricity are required in the infrastructure of our daily life. We need natural gas for heating and cooking, fresh water for drinking and for industrial applications, and, of course, electricity for a wide range of different applications at home or in industry.
Supply is provided in most cases via underground pipes or cables, which need inspection from time to time to avoid losses or risks caused by potential leaks. Workers gain access through vaults, which are so-called confined spaces with limited fresh air. Inside the confined space, we might find depleted oxygen or toxic and combustible gases.
Dräger provides a broad range of products for detection of gases and protection of people and equipment for safe working even under adverse conditions.
