| Duroplastic helmets are primarily made for industries where high temperatures are reached such as chemical industry, petroleum industry and jobs with high levels of UV radiation. They can be used for all heatintensive applications. |
|
| Two materials - UP-GF (glass fibre reinforced unsaturated polyester) and PF-SF (textile/phenolic resin) – are available. Duroplastic material has e.g. a very good resistance to ageing, an extremely high heat resistance and at the same time a very good, unlimited fracture resistance at low temperature, as well as a good chemical resistance. |
